GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
The present Terms and Conditions are strictly applied to all sales made in Spain (including the Canary and Balearic Islands) by Pull Up Wear, and destined to individuals.
All orders placed at Pullupwear.com necessarily imply, as an essential condition, the acceptance on behalf of the client of all Terms and Conditions that are in force on the day of the purchase, without any reservations.
Furthermore, the client admits that the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions implies their application to the order they refer to, as well as to any further orders, excepting those cases in which new conditions are made known by Pullupwear.com. The fact that Pullupwear.com doesn´t resort to any of the present conditions at a given moment, does not mean, nor can it be interpreted, as a renunciation of the right to resort to them in the future or the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the Terms and Conditions, as well as the actions that are a consequence of them, will comply with Spanish law, unless there are public order regulations that are contrary to it.
The prices displayed at Pullupwear.com are in Euros and are valid, with the exception of typographical errors. Any change of VAT tax will be automatically applied to the price of all products available at Pullupwear.com
The purchased items will be delivered to the person and the address indicated in the order.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier hands it to the
client, and the client signs the delivery reception document. It is the
client´s responsibility to verify the state of the goods upon delivery,
and to indicate any anomalies in the delivery reception
Our policy, complying with current legislation, grants the right to return any item purchased at Pullupwear.com within 7 days after its reception.
The client doesn´t have to give any explanations; any item purchased at Pullupwear.com, returned in its original package, sealed and in perfect conditions, will be accepted no-questions-asked.

If the reason for returning the item is that it´s defective or it doesn´t match the item placed in the order, Pullupwear.com will handle the return and new shipping costs. If the reason for returning the item is that you are not satisfied with it (you don’t like it), we will refund you its price, not the shipping costs.

The personal details supplied by you will be used for performing the service requested and to inform you of future products and services that may be of your interest.

2. Legislation and jurisdiction
The present Conditions are to be interpreted in compliance with current Spanish legislation on the subject, which will be applied with subsidiary character in those cases not foreseen by it. (Spanish Ley 34/2002 de 11 de julio – Information and Electronic Commerce Services)

Shipping to Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Italy:
1 or more items: 10€

price of your order before confirming the purchase.
SHIPPING AND RETURN
Once your purchase has been notified, the period in which the items will be delivered to you will not exceed 5 working days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 7 days.

The items must be in perfect conditions. They must keep their original tags and be unworn.
If the exchange/return is due to a mistake made by Pull Up Wear, we will handle all shipping costs. Otherwise, these costs will be the client’s responsibility.
You may choose to either exchange the item, or return it for a refund.
